Beijing Capital Futures Co.,Ltd (BCFCO) was established in 1996 with the authorization of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and registered by Beijing Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau. BCFCO is a large-scale specialized Futures broker company, engaged in futures agent, consultant and training in China. BCFC, with registered capital of 100 million RMB, has a trading and clearing membership in China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX), a full membership in Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, and is the vice chairman of Beijing Futures Association.

Beijing Capital Group was established in December 1995, with registered capital of 3.3 billion RMB. It is a large state-owned company, based in Beijing, its business mainly concentrated at “urban construction projects and operating management, providing professional services” nationwide.

Beijing ChangAn Investment Group was founded in September 2002, with registered capital of 300 million RMB. Its business scope mainly covers over project investment and management, technology exploitation and transfer.
